sectional title management

I have been an Sectional Title Manager for the past 12 years. It is my passion and my motto is "there is no problems, only solutions" My main focus is to assist trustees in sectional title or Home Owners Associations (HOA) in maintaining the value of the property portfolio they have been entrusted with. This is achieved by operating within the Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986 and any amendments thereof. This is achieved by consistent training in sharing of information to assist them in making their decisions. My duties include the full administration, set up of the budgets, bookkeeping, collection of monthly levies, attending and arranging the various meetings which include the Annual General Meeting, Special General Meetings and Trustees meetings. We also advise the trustees with regard to the general maintenance issues and do regular site inspections. To improve communication we send out monthly informative newsletters to owners and tenants. Our services also include negotiating for the insurance of buildings and improvements required. We are qualified and are registered with all the relevant authorities i.e. Institute of Estate Agents, The Estate Agents Affairs Board, The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and NAMA
